She took care of every detail - big and small. We had listed ours for sale on our own for almost a year without much traffic or luck. Within days of listing our home with Jill, she had multiple showings and open houses scheduled. She definitely kept traffic flowing through the home every week and we had a buyer much sooner than we expected! She is very knowledgeable about the market and gave sound advice on pricing, needed updates and repairs, etc. I cannot recommend Jill enough!! Just call her!

She went above and beyond to get my house sold. It had been on the market 6 months before I found Jill. She came in with many wonderful ideas. She explained to me exactly what needed to be done to get the house sold. She made sure it would pass the VA inspection, she had the house staged to give potential buyers an idea of how things can look. I lived out of town, she was constantly checking on the house and making sure things stayed in order. All of her hard work payed off! She sold the house within a few months.
